Nerys Howell is a food expert, writer and food stylist and a familiar face on S4C having been cooking on programs for over 25 years. She can also be heard on BBC Radio Cymru and BBC Radio Wales discussing food and drink items. She runs a company that promotes food and drink from Wales and encourages the hospitality sector in Wales to buy, serve and sell more local produce.
Her third bilingual book Cywain Harvest was published before Christmas and Nerys will visit the Centre on May 22nd at 7pm to discuss the book and cook a few recipes from the book for everyone to taste.

There is no better feeling than harvesting the freshest foods, ones that are full of the flavor of the season and that with as little impact as possible on the environment. This is Nerys’ message in the book, which contains over 60 recipes from the garden.

Cafodd ei trydedd llyfr dwyieithog Cywain Harvest ei gyhoeddi cyn y Nadolig a bydd Nerys yn ymweld a’r ganolfan ar Mai 22ain am 7pm I drafod y llyfr ac yn coginio ambell rysait o’r llyfr I bawb cael blas.
