Get ready for another unforgettable evening of live comedy as we welcome the brilliant Tom Ward back to the London Welsh Centre on Thursday 6 August with his brand-new Work in Progress show, Post Millennium Tension.
A familiar face at the Centre, Tom has had our audiences laughing every time he’s performed here. As seen on Live at the Apollo, QI, Roast Battle, and Live from the Comedy Store, he’s one of the UK’s most celebrated comedians, known for his sharp observations, brilliantly offbeat humour and effortless storytelling.
Post Millennium Tension is Tom’s latest Work in Progress show, giving you the chance to hear brand-new material before it heads out on tour. Better still, he’ll be joined by two fantastic special guests – Josh Pugh, the award-winning comedian and Live at the Apollo favourite, and the brilliantly funny Jo Griffin, whose warm, relatable comedy and razor-sharp wit have made her a hit with audiences across the UK.
Keeping the laughs rolling throughout the evening is the wonderful Beth Granville (Gavin & Stacey, Foiled), whose quick wit, infectious energy and brilliant crowd work have made her a firm favourite at our comedy nights.
