About Ross
Ross is an award-winning travel, food and wine communicator, specialising in Wales and Spain. He’s the regular presenter of the Wine & Spirits Theatre every year at the National Geographic Traveller Food Festival. Ross is a member of the Guild of Food Writers and is a regular judge for the Guild of Fine Food’s Great Taste Awards, as well as the Guild of Beer Writers awards among others. He writes the popular email newsletter, the Welsh Kitchen on Substack, which explores Welsh food and drink culture in Wales and around the world.
